By ordering from our site, you are stating you accept and agree with the following:
FREEBIE samples! Every order earns 1 sample per 10 dollars spent on products. Just put what samples you want in the comments section. After 50 dollars product total you can 'exchange' those samples for a full size eyeshadow of your choice if you wish, or just take 5 samples. Each 5 samples you earn per order can be used for a free shadow instead. The freebies do not acumulate past the current order and must be chosen at checkout. If you do not leave details of what samples you want in the comment section, it will be assumed that you do not want any samples. In this case, you can not use these samples next order, it's a 'now or never' type of deal.
Examples: Sale total of 30 dollars would earn 3 samples. Sale total of 40 dollars would earn 4 samples. Sale total of 50 dollars would earn 5 samples OR a Free Fullsize shadow. Sale total of 60 dollars would earn six samples OR one full sized shadow and 1 sample. Sale total of 100 dollars would earn 2 full size shadows or 10 samples or 1 full size shadow plus 5 samples...and so on. If you are confused by this, just send me an email and I'll be glad to answer any questions.
Samples earned are based on the total spent after all discounts.

Payment Policies:
We accept payments in the form of Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal transactions. Credit Card transactions are processed on Yahoo!'s secure server (SSL). Paypal transactions are processed on Paypal's secure server. Questionable credit card transactions will be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse a questionable sale.Transactions are in United States Dollars.
Minimum Order:
Our minimum order is $10.00.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped out within three business days of receipt. Please allow additional time during new releases and sales. When time frames are beyond three days processing, a note will be made on the checkout page.Unfortunately, shipping from Canada can be on the slow side. Consider it an exercise in honing and strengthening patience!
Time frames are estimates only, I can not guarantee a specific time.
Shipping within Canada: 5-7 BUSINESS days.
Shipping to the U.S.A.: 4-12 BUSINESS days.
International: 6-14 BUSINESS days.
Please allow additional time for sample shipping orders as they are not sent air mail.

Fees:
All orders over $30 USD ship free.
Shipping on sample only orders is $2 USD (to all destinations, even international). You must pick the "sample shipping" option at checkout to receive the discounted rate. Orders that contain full size product are not eligible for this rate.
Shipping to Canada on orders below $30 USD: $8.00 USD
Shipping to USA on orders below $30 USD: $7.00 USD
Shipping on International orders below $30 USD: $8.00 USD
These fees are subject to change at any time. All orders are shipped out via Canada Post and will be handled with your local postal service.
It is not uncommon for packages to be delayed at customs. Once the package has left my studio, I have little control over how fast it gets to you, but if you are experiencing a delay in getting your package, please email me so I can open an inquiry.

Please check and double check your address to make sure it is correct. Additional shipping charges will be charged if packages are returned. We package our orders carefully but if for any reason your package is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at customerservice@stardustcolor.com

It is strongly advised to take advantage of samples before ordering full size products. Due to the nature of cosmetics, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your products for any reason please contact our customer service via email. Because we do not accept returns, please review your order carefully.Please review the ingredients carefully to ensure you can use our products safely.
Customer Satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your products, please email me so we can work it out. I feel terrible when I read a bad review of a product of mine on a blog, but the person never bothered to contact me to let me know there was a problem. If I do not know about an issue, I can not fix it, so please give me the opportunity to make it right. My main mission with Stardust is to make people happy.
